The embodiment of the eternal dance of spring’s embrace. Designed as the complement to the Elven Spring pendant, these earrings speak to the joy and grace associated with the changing of seasons.
Perfectly mismatched and shining with life, this pair of pink tourmaline earrings explore what it means to be a matching set in a world of unique individuality. With two pairs of rose cut pink tourmaline, intentionally mismatched with each other to create balance.
The silver work for each of these earrings was custom built around each stone while striving to remain perfectly mirrored reflections of each other, finding the arcs and flow that would accommodate both shapes of paired rose cut pink tourmaline while remaining nearly identical.
After many iterations we came to this layout, pairing one pentagon with one trigon and inverting the larger spirals and placing them as the bottom pendant of the design, the complete opposite of the original intended design.
Each open backed setting is fully etched with light codes of balance front and back and finished off with 14k gold granules which act as supports for the stones as much as visual accents.
Hung on handmade sterling silver ear-wires and oxidized and burnished to a high polish finish to show off the intricate details.
