A hand forged sterling silver amulet inscribed on the front with a bold alchemical symbol for Fire with three suns stamped at each point and three fine crescent moons just grazing the edges of the triangle. A triskle sits at the center of the composition, surrounded by three smaller stars and moons inside the Fire symbol, and a cosmic array of delicate stars and planets surrounding.
Adorned with a verdant emerald at the base with a single point of 14k gold placed opposite where the outer border curves into the bail connector. Glyphs of amplification ring the outer border and continue up onto bail and on the reverse of the disk.
The back of this pendant features an alchemical Water symbol, the elemental complement to the front. A bold inverted triangle rests atop a faint crescent moon surrounded by six equidistant circles, coming together to create the rays of a large Sun in the negative space, the central symbol eclipsing the disk of the Sun to illuminate the cosmic secrets hiding in plain sight. The points of a tetrahedron are revealed through three of the six outer circles, hinting at the structure of reality, with an array of galactic scenes playing out behind. Another triple spiral triskle unifies the motif of this piece, mirroring the front and inextricably linking the two elements together, with a final set of moons and stars within the main symbol in perfect alignment with the central spoke.
The Starmap series are entirely hand forged and intuitively stamped medallions, created in a meditative process which allows for spontaneity and flexibility in the evolution of the energetic motif of each pice. Despite creating them all with the same set of simple stamps & tools, no two are ever quite alike, with each taking on its own story and life through the forging process.
